How we can work together

  • Product and solution development

I help teams understand users, define the problem and priorities, and turn that understanding into a product experience, prototype, and focused development plan.

Areas of work: Needs discovery; product strategy and scope; user experience and prototyping; coordination with technical teams.

  • Innovation program design and management

I help build programs that connect organizational goals with participants’ needs, from designing the learning and project journey to coordinating partners, delivery, and results tracking.

Areas of work: Innovation and entrepreneurship programs; labs and hands-on learning spaces; activity and curriculum design; delivery and partnership coordination.

  • Mentoring and training

I work with teams and participants to understand the problem, test ideas, develop business models, and turn learning into practical steps suited to their project’s stage.

Areas of work: Problem validation; idea and business model development; early-stage mentoring; product, innovation, and technical learning workshops.

How I work

I start with the people and context the solution needs to serve. I then help the team identify what to test and organize the work around what implementation teaches us.

  1. Understand the need

Define the problem, who experiences it, and how they deal with it today.

  2. Test assumptions

Turn the idea into a prototype or small experiment that produces useful learning.

  3. Organize delivery

Clarify priorities, responsibilities, and resources, then track what has actually been achieved.

An engineering background, a career in products and innovation

My career began in technical communities and hands-on education. I co-founded Daraty and went on to work across product development, technical solutions, and entrepreneurship programs. I currently work in education programs at Molham Volunteering Team, leading the Youth Innovation Center’s operations, activities, and partnerships.
