Context
The program supported youth teams developing solutions to community challenges using IoT and digital technologies, including prototyping and testing.
My contribution
I coordinated daily lab operations, activity planning, deliverable tracking, and reporting. I led a 15-person team, supervised program phases, and managed resources and procurement.
Outputs
I supported youth teams in prototyping and testing 20 solutions addressing community challenges.
